Malbren Tableware was produced in Melbourne circa 1949-1962 by the Malbren Plastic Company. They produced plastic kitchenware for the Department of Supply, such as soup bowls.

Products
Bowls, cup and saucers, egg cups, plates, salt & pepper shakers, snack dishes and sundae boats.

Interestingly, identical sundae boats were made with “Hollywood, Tamco ” backmarking i.e. made by the ‘Tool and Moulding Co. in Melbourne, and sold through Hollywood party plans. I wonder if the companies were affiliated.
